For Non-faulty return

The purchase from Tap That can be returned within 2 weeks if you simply changed your mind with whatever reason on conditions of:

  • Goods are well sealed unopened in pristine resellable condition
  • Goods that are in a pristine resellable condition, but opened (where the packaging is still in good condition, and includes the same contents it was shipped with) incur a 5% restocking fee.

  • 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns received by us within 14 days, but after seven days, provided they meet one of the above two conditions.

  • Freight/delivery fees are not refundable

  • Credti card surcharges and transactional/banking fees are not refundable

Tap That reserves the right to deny a refund based on the condition of the goods.

For warranty repair

Contact us, and provide details about the product, and we will contact the warrantor, and if the conditions of the warranty are met in the given circumstances, we will cover the cost of either shipping it back to the warrantor, or replacement (our discretion)

The time-frame for replacement or repair can vary depending on the product.

It is customer's responsible to return and pickup the goods item. All relevant charges (apart from shipping to warrantor, in the condition the warranty requirements are met) i.e freight cost will be charged to the customers.

If you item is non-faulty, misused, misinstalled or has physical damage - Tap That will not take any responsibility

All items will be inspected carefully. If you are claiming fault, but the item is not faulty, tap that will charge customer $50/hr inspection fee.

Delivery

Local orders may take 2-4 business days to arrive - the delivery time will depend on your location. International orders delivery time depends on the carrier. We use CourierPost, InternationalCourier or Air Mail, as you select. Shipping prices depend on weight, location, but will be obvious during the checkout process.

Payment

We generally work via DPS Payment Express, the credit and debit card payment system and Paypal. If however you wish to pay via internet banking, contact us via the link at the bottom right of the website. We will expect to receive payment in full before the goods are sent out.
